The Asian with the Mohawk who was a MANAGER was standing outside the door smoking a cigarette as I walked in. Not something I want to experience as a non-smoker right before I eat. I couldn't even complain to the manager because he WAS the manager. That incident right there is resonant in every other aspect of this place as well. As others have pointed out, you are lucky you don't leave with food poisoning from this place. It's dirty and the staff is painfully slow at serving your food.

~ It's 8p.m.; you have one hour before pay-per-view WrestleMania goes on, and everyone's hungry. Then someone does it, someone says "let's just walk down the block and get Wendy's." Of course everyone gives in because they think this time it will be quick and easy, I mean its "fast food" right? WRONG! You can be the only one on line, THE ONLY ONE!, and you can be ordering the simplest thing like a hamburger and a coke, and the food will take, at minimum, a century to get to you; particularly if this blonde headed sloth demon is managing the restaurant at that moment. I don't know how she does it; she makes something simple like filling a frosty cup with ice-cream into some big complicated project that takes ten hours and has her whole staff on edge. So being that it takes an order like a Specie Chicken Sandwich with Fries and a frosty 20 minutes to come out, you would think that perhaps there making it fresh. Yea that has to be it, there cooking it right now, and it will be nice and hot when it comes out. Then you get a luke warm burnt sandwich, luke warm fries that are greasy, and a frosty that's melted and a part of your soul dies. WTF! Now I've already mentioned the blonde sloth queen manger, but something more has to be said about the people that work there. They are extremely ugly! Ok so now you're like "hey James, that messed up!" well you have not seen what I've seen. These people aren't normal ugly, there disgustingly ugly! They don't take care of themselves; some of them look like they never came in contact with running water. Call me shallow, but do you want some ghoul with very bad acne; the type of acne that has pus, and very bad hair, hair with tangles and split ends, touching your food? No, I really want you to picture it, picture some guy covered with large pimple heads, each pimple head looking like a volcano; oozing with a thick yellowish-white liquid. Picture the local gutter snipe wrench preparing and serving up your food! Do you still have an appetite now? Huh? Huh? If anything can match their dreadful appearance it's there incompetence. They can F-up any order you give them. They forget meals, give you wrong meals, or both. It still amazes me how many F-ups can happen in one order. They also never give you the Barbecue sauce; you will remind them ten times, and they will still forget it. Nothing pisses me off more than getting chicken nuggets with nothing to dip them in. And when you have to remind them at the drive through window, they give you an attitude like "I know", but they still F-ing forget! In summary, don't go to Wendy's in Copiague. No matter how much you might hate your life, just don't do it to yourself. I can only be relieved that Dave Thomas isn't alive to witness this defecation of his restaurant chain!

Honestly the worst Wendy's ever. I work in the food service industry myself and I never knew it was so hard to be nice and get everything correct. I'm there at 11:40pm and I have to wait for something to cook (which is fine, i understand that) then once I get my order and check it I'm missing stuff. I honk my horn, they ignore me. I honk again, they ignore my. I lay on the horn and once employee sticks their head out and says "yes?!" Rudely. I get my burger and drive home to eat (mind you I live less than a min drive away) my burger is cold and dry, my fries taste like they've been sitting since Anne Boelyn was beheaded and my nuggets (the item I had to wait for so they could "cook") were obviously old. Why is it so hard to get stuff right?! I've complained to corporate about this place before and nothing happened. Turn around and find a mcdonalds.

Terrible. I asked at the drive through if I could have a minute to decide and was told "no" by the female on the microphone. This isn't the first time they have been rude. One night I stopped in at 11:00 pm and the whole staff looked stoned when I pulled up to the window and they could not stop laughing. I was told to pull into a spot until my food cooked. 20 minutes later still no one comes out. Then when the line calms down, they are hanging out the drive through window yelling at me to drive back around. How is this place still open. It has always been known as the one in the area not to visit cause it sucks but I keep trying hoping they straightened their act out. Besides all this the food looks like the swedish chef tossed it together. Had this been my high school years I would have tossed my full soda back in the window just cause she said "no" over the speaker. I have grown...sadly....cause they deserve a soda grenade.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Living locally, I find myself here more often than I would like, and every time I say it has to be better. And it never is. "Sorry, we didn't charge you for that drink", pull forward and we will bring it out to you". Never fails, have to go back in and fix my order. Not to mention the service is never friendly. My advice, if you can afford the time to drive further down the road, then do so.

Filthy store. Tables floors, gross. But the bathroom???? ewwww . Clogged toiltes, toilet paper all over the floor. How the the board of health hasn't shut this place down is beyond me. ??? I was disgusted. It is not fit for animals to go into. Sorry to say. This Wendys is a food poisoning waiting to happen for all unsuspecting customers who go there. Just gross. Employees were nice but that doesn't make up for the overall filthy establishment that serves food .
